Ella Puede STEM is a 501(c) fiscal sponsored student organization dedicated to addressing the underrepresentation of Latinas in STEM, where they currently make up only 2% of professionals. Our mission is to empower and inspire Latinas in STEM through barrier-breaking initiatives, fostering self-assurance, and providing opportunities that enable them to make a lasting impact. We believe in the transformative power of diversity and inclusion, recognizing the challenges that Latinas often face in the STEM landscape.

Many times, tutoring may be out of reach for students to get the help they need. However, Ella Puede STEM offers free tutoring for students in third to ninth grade in STEM subjects.
